Summer Part Time Commis Chef
Role: Summer Commis Chef (March to October)
Hours: Part Time, 3 - 4 shifts a week including weekends, approx 30 hours across a 7 day rota.
We are a very busy family run tearooms, serving 700+ covers through breakfast and lunchtime service. The commis chef will be responsible for prep in the morning, and managing their own salad & sandwiches section during the lunch service. There is no let up in this kitchen, the buzz & adrenalin is constant and the successful candidate will thrive under this pressure. Speed and accuracy is key.
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is a distinct advantage.
An enthusiastic college student or newly qualified chef would be suitable.

Summer Full Time Kitchen Porter
Role: Summer Kitchen Porter (March – October)
Hours: Full Time, 4/5 shifts a week including weekends, approx 35 hours across a 7 day rota.
We are a very busy family run tearooms, serving 700+ covers through breakfast and lunchtime service. The KP has the important task of keeping up with the washing up of dishes from Front of House and from the kitchen. During the summer, the KP will always be working as part of a team of 2 sometimes 3.
